All CertaUPS units are supported by a comprehensive three year warranty on the UPS coupled with a two year warranty on the batteries. When you register your UPS you gain access to technical support and industry leading after sales assistance.
UPS operation and battery performance is dependent upon the UPS being positioned and utilised within the right ambient surroundings. Please see our FAQ section for advice and guidance on UPS operation.
Whilst we want to assist with network management card support, we cannot troubleshoot or configure third party IT networks and systems.
